The CKF Annual General Meeting 2019 will be held online this year from Wednesday, August 14 through Friday, August 16, 2019. Please ensure that a dojo representative visits the Google Group by August 17th and records their attendance in the chat.
You must have a Google Account to attend this electronic meeting. You may already have an account, either because you have a gmail address or because you previously created one. If you do not have an account, you can create one by following these instructions. You can use your regular address or create a gmail one if you prefer.
Once you have your account, log into it, go to the Google Group page and click on “Apply for Membership”. Indicate in your application your real name and dojo. The secretary will then add you to the group so that you can see and participate in the discussions.
Please submit any agenda topics to CKF Secretary Neil Gendzwill. Submissions will be reviewed by the CKF Board and posted to the Google Group for discussion during the meeting dates. The deadline for submission is August 7, 2019.
Discussion threads will be monitored and moderated by CKF Directors over the 3 days of the AGM, with discussions closing at 18:00 EST on August 16th.
